PLACEHOLDER ARTICLE COPY. Model homes are built to sell. Tour them with a plan and they become genuinely useful.

Register with your agent, not without

Sign in with Brian & Holly listed as your agent on your first visit. It costs you nothing — buyer representation is builder-paid — and it keeps your independent representation intact.

Look past the furniture

  • Ask which finishes are standard and which are upgrades
  • Check ceiling heights, window placement and natural light
  • Walk the actual homesite, not just the model

Questions that get real answers

  • What is your current average build time in this community?
  • What incentives apply this month, and to which homes?
  • Which structural options must be decided before permit?

Schedule a Free Buyer Consultation

Sit down with neighbors who know every builder, floor plan and lot in Two Step Farm. In new construction the builder typically pays your agent's commission — we'll put the terms in writing before you tour.
