Who we are
Two Step Farm Homes is the marketing name for Brian & Holly Mathieson, licensed Texas real estate agents with Eagle Nexus Real Estate (TX Real Estate License #622126). We are an independent real estate team and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any builder or the developer of Two Step Farm.
Information is provided for general use
Pricing, availability, plans, incentives, features, square footage, school assignments and community amenities change frequently and are provided without warranty. Verify all details directly with the builder, the school district, or with us before making a decision.
Calculators and estimates
Our payment, affordability and bridge/equity calculators produce estimates for planning purposes only. They are not loan offers, pre-approvals, quotes, or appraisals. Actual figures depend on your credit, lender, taxes, insurance, HOA and MUD assessments and market conditions.
Programs
Lease buyout, instant offer, cash offer, buy-before-you-sell and similar programs are offered by builders or third-party providers, subject to their eligibility rules and availability, and may change or end at any time. We help you evaluate and access them; we do not underwrite them.
