Our story
We chose this community before we ever represented a buyer in it
PLACEHOLDER COPY. We toured every master-planned community north of Houston before we picked Two Step Farm — the greenbelts, the amenity plan, Montgomery ISD and the straight shot to I-45 and 249 made the decision for us.
Once we were here, neighbors and friends-of-friends started asking the same questions: which builder is actually hitting their timelines, which lots are worth the premium, what a fair option budget looks like. We answered so many of those questions that we built this site around them.
Today we help buyers across all nine builders in the community — from the $300s to over $1M — as residents first and agents second.
