Our commitment
We build and maintain this site with the goal of conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing effort, not a one-time checklist.
What we do
- Semantic headings, landmarks and labeled form fields throughout
- Full keyboard operability, including the chat assistant and interactive tools
- Visible focus indicators and color contrast that meets AA targets
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images
- Responsive layouts that work at 320px width and at 200% zoom
- Status messages announced to assistive technology on form submission
Known limitations
Some third-party content — including embedded maps, MLS/IDX listing search and scheduling calendars — is provided by outside vendors and may not fully conform. We will work with those vendors, and we will always provide the same information by phone or email on request.
