We price and prepare your home to sell on schedule, and we build the timeline with margin. We also plan contingencies up front so you're never caught off guard. Market conditions affect timing, and we're honest with you about them.

What does this cost?

There's no cost to explore the plan, and our buyer representation on the new home is paid through the builder's commission. Standard listing-side costs for selling your current home apply as they normally would — we'll lay those out clearly.

Do you provide the bridge financing?

No — we're your agents, not a lender. If bridging a gap makes sense, we connect you with bridge-financing options through lending partners and coordinate the timing.
